Flamanzii (olandeză Vlamingen) sunt un popor olandez care vorbesc limba neerlandeză și trăiesc în Flandra (Țările de Jos) azi regiunea aparține în mare parte de Belgia. Cei 6,23 milioane de flamanzi care trăiesc aici reprezintă 62 % din populația totală a Belgiei. Mai există flamanzi care trăiesc în regiunea de sud din Olanda (Zeeuws Vlaanderen) sau în nord-estul Franței (Dunkerque).
