Premiul Oscar pentru cel mai bun actor este unul dintre premiile acordate actorilor care lucrează în industria filmului în cadrul ceremoniei Premiilor Oscar. Premiul este acordat de Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences; nominalizările sunt făcute de membrii Academiei care sunt actori și actrițe.
Premiul se decernează anual începând cu 1929.
