The rumanian translation you requested would be:

Biserica lui Iisus cel Adevărat, înfiinţată de Domnul Nostru Iisus Christos, [prin Sfântul Duh în timpul "ploii celei din urmă"]] este adevărata biserică din timpurile apostolice, restaurată.

I would like to make the following comments.

I am not sure I understand exactly what is meant by "through the Holy Spirit" i.e. how a church is established through the Holy Spirit.

I definitely have no idea of what the "latter rain" is and, though I have translated it, I have doubts that anybody in Rumania would understand what you are talking about.

Therefore, the part included in brackets in the translation should be verified by somebody who really understands the issues and is conversant with the theological terms. Even if I understood what the latter rain is, I would still not know how to translate it.

That's the best I can do.
