excludedTemplates for image-recommendation

@NGC 54, I made an edit to remove the "excludedTemplates" for image-recommendation, because it broke the search query. (There is a hard limit to the number of characters we can send to the search.)

You can add infobox templates to MediaWiki:GrowthExperimentsConfig.json, otherwise, you can add other templates to "excludedTemplates" but please limit to 5-10 to make sure that we don't go over the character limit for search. Thanks! KHarlan (WMF) (discuție) 20 septembrie 2022 15:34 (EEST)
