Phenomenology of Law Ph.D. Anton P. Parlagi. Christian University D. Cantemir, Bucharest,Romania.
I hereby invite you to publish a philosophical treaty entitled Political phenomenology of law. The present treaty is a revolutionary vision, because consider the law system like a fenomenon determined as three spheres of normativity: ideonomy, socionomy and politonomy.
I invite you because this:
- is a unique scientific work since it is the only book that has been internationally published in this area of study so far, as results from the my research work;
- is fundamentally original work because it justifies (explains) law as a system formed of three normative distinct sources (see above);
- it uses new concepts for more correctly (accurately) defining the present normative institutions and procedures that have not been consecrated in the present legal terminology (axionomy, teleosnomy, ontonomy, politocracy, sociocracy etc);
- it explains etymologically each term that is newly introduced into the philosophy of law by indicating its origins from Latin or Greek;
- it demonstrates the political force of legal systems and correlatively the force that law has over political power.
