  • Використовувався в радянський період. Перезатверджений рішенням N518 від 21 квітня 2000р. Щит скошений справа срібним і лазуровим. В першій частині - Золота Зірка міста-героя, в другій - срібний силует пам'ятника загиблим кораблям. Поверх обидвох частин покладена золота лаврова гілка.
