Această imagine aparține domeniului public, deoarece, conform Articolului 4, nr. 2 din Legea Dreptului de Autor Poloneză emisă în 4 februarie 1994 (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 2509 cu modificări ulterioare) „acte normative și modificări ulterioare, ca și documente oficiale, materiale, sigle și simboluri nu sunt subiect al dreptului de autor”. Astfel se presupune că această imagine a fost pusă la dispoziție domeniului public. Totuși, în unele instanțe, folosirea acestei imagini în Polonia poate fi reglementată de alte legi.
