English: There are elements that are preventing the Interim Administration from expanding its structures in Tigray Region, said Getachew Reda, President of the Interim Administration. Getachew said there are prisons in the region that the government does not know about. Getachew also responded to the rally called by the three parties in the region for tomorrow.
