Cover of November 1954 issue of en:Fantastic Universe. Artist is Alex Schomburg. Copyright was held either by Schomburg, or more likely by King-Size Publications, Inc, who published the magazine. Since the magazine was published in the U.S. before 1964, the original copyright lasted 27 years from the end of the year of publication. The copyright holder was free to renew the copyright any time during the year 1981, but they did not do so. (All copyright renewals since 1977 are on file at the en:United States Copyright Office, and can be searched online. The copyrights on certain individual stories were renewed, but the copyright on the cover was not.) The copyright has expired. Original uploader information
