Deutsch: Der Gemeinde Wilnsdorf ist mit Urkunde des Regierungspräsidenten in Arnsberg vom 2. Juli 1970 das Recht zur Führung eines Wappens verliehen worden. „Der Schild des Wappens ist von Silber Weiß) und Schwarz viermal gespalten und einmal geteilt; das Schildhaupt zeigt in Blau den goldenen (gelben), hervorbrechenden, von sieben goldenen Schindeln begleiteten nassauischen Löwen.“ Der obere Teil zeigt den nassauischen Löwen, der untere Teil besteht aus dem Schild des einst in Wilnsdorf beheimateten Geschlechts der Ritter von Kolbe. Es ist in Abdrucken seit dem 13. Jahrhundert überliefert.
English: „The arms were fist granted on August 17, 1937 for the Amt Wilnsdorf and later again on July 2, 1970 for the new municipality. The arms show in the base the arms of the Kolbe von Wilnsdorf family, who played a major role in the local history. Their arms are known from 13th century seals. The lion in the upper part of the new arms is the lion of Nassau, as the area belonged to the County Nassau-Siegen. “
