Berupa perisai biru dengan tulisan "Salatiga" di atasnya, bintang, sadak kinang, Gunung Telomoyo dan Merbabu, patung Ganesha, padi 24 biji dan kapas 7 kuntum, batu bata dengan 4 lekuk dan 5 pucuk, serta pita bertuliskan "Srir Astu Swasti Prajabhyah".
