Висота емблеми становить 4/5 висоти полотнища. Обидві сторони полотнища ідентичні.Русский: Флаг Вооруженних сил Украины. |

One can see on this official photo for example that blue of the flag is the same as the national flag which is specified by DSTU 4512:2006. The raspberry is the closest Pantone shade because DSTU 4512:2006 is described with Pantone.
