This file is in the public domain because This is a historical document important for the history of all of the successor states of the former Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia in that time (1946-01-31) called by the name Federative People's Republic of Yugoslavia. These federative republics no longer exist and the copyright is hence transfered to the successor states. Those successor states decided to divide the assets of the former SFRY but the question of archives is still not solved. Although this particular document will remain in the custody of Archives of Serbia and Montenegro and be part of their archival fonds it belongs to all the successor states. This document has been published in a gif file on the occasion of one exibition in honour of the 80 years of Yugoslavia in 1998. and is still available at this web page. The question is how long, so we must act now and preserve the past for the future generations. Remark: The gif document in question is slightly shifted to the right, and has spots. I have shifted it back to the left and in this way centered it. Please do not change this, and please if you wish to change something change it in the way that the document would be centered.
