Crover este cel mai cunoscut ca bateristul trupelor Melvins, Men of Porn, Shrinebuilder și, pentru un scurt timp, al formației Nirvana. Este de asemenea chitarist și vocalist pentru grupul Altamont. Mai cântă și pentru trupa Fantomas în concertele acestora.
