Articolul 8. Creații și alte obiecte neprotejate prin dreptul de autor

  • Protecția dreptului de autor, conform prezentei legi, nu se extinde asupra:
    • a) documentelor oficiale de caracter normativ, administrativ sau politic (legi, hotărîri judecătorești etc.), precum și asupra traducerilor oficiale ale acestora;
    • b) simbolurilor de stat și a semnelor oficiale ale statului (drapele, steme, decorații, semne bănești etc.);
    • c) expresiilor folclorice;
    • d) noutăților zilei și a diverselor fapte ce reprezintă o simplă informație.
