Español: Norma del Ministro de Defensa.

Grupo de la plaza estándar, blanco. En el centro de cada lado de la tela en un medallón en rojo - el emblema de las Fuerzas Armadas de la Federación de Rusia. Medallón rodeado de una corona de oro de las hojas de laurel y roble. Desde el centro a las esquinas de cada lado de los rayos de tela de color azul y rojo: azul - a los bordes laterales de la tela, de color rojo - en la parte superior e inferior. Ancho de los rayos en los bordes de la bandera es igual a 1/4 de su anchura.

El ancho de la corona es de 2 / 3 del ancho del paño.

El tamaño de la tela (sin flecos) - 130 cm.

Полотнище штандарта квадратное, белого цвета. В центре каждой стороны полотнища в медальоне красного цвета – эмблема Вооружённых Сил Российской Федерации. Медальон окаймлён золотым венком из лавровых и дубовых листьев. От центра к углам каждой стороны полотнища расходятся лучи сине-красного цвета: синего цвета – к боковым краям полотнища, красного – к верхнему и нижнему. Ширина лучей по краям полотнища равна 1/4 его ширины. [1]

Ширина венка равна 2/3 ширины полотнища.

Размер стороны полотнища (без бахромы) – 130 см.
