Constance Elaine Trimmer Willis (n. 31 decembrie 1945) este o scriitoare americană de literatură științifico-fantastică.

Willis a câștigat, printre alte premii, zece premii Hugo și șase Premii Nebula. Cel mai recent a câștigat un premiu Hugo pentru All Seated on the Ground (august 2008).
